Content on the Site is provided for general information. It is not an offer to buy any business or to supply any dataset. Dataset descriptions, figures and interface images are illustrative and may not reflect a specific dataset.
Sharing information with us
If you contact us about selling a company, making a referral or buying data, we handle what you send in line with our Privacy policy.
Please do not send confidential business information until a non-disclosure agreement is in place between us.
Referrals
Any referral fee is payable only under a separate written referral agreement signed by Data8. Nothing on the Site creates an entitlement to a fee.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, images and the Data8 name and logo, are owned by or licensed to Data8. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires our written permission.

The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
